What services do you provide?
We provide the following services: residential and commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, hard surface floor care, post construction cleaning, move in/out cleaning, and turnover/one time cleanings. We are also ready to discuss any special cleaning projects.
Are you properly insured and bonded?
We are fully insured with general liability and, workman’s compensation insurance, and we are fully bonded.
How long has Upper Valley Cleaning been in business?
We were founded in 2006.
What areas do you service?
We service the Upper Valley area and beyond.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind all of our work and strive for excellence. If you are not completely satisfied please let us know and we will do our best to make you happy in a timely manner.
Is it better to get an estimate over the phone or in person?
Most estimates can be given over the phone. There are some instances where it is essential to give an estimate in person. This can be determined after the initial contact with our office.
When can service(s) be scheduled?
We do not require someone to be present and leave this up to your discretion.
Does someone have to be present during the service?
We service the Upper Valley area and beyond.
How do I pay for my service(s)?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard Discover, American Express and personal check.
When is payment due?
Payments are due at the completion of service; however we are happy to set up billing arrangements for recurring commercial accounts.
What types of cleaning products do you use?
We use environmentally friendly and where applicable, low VOC compliant cleaning products
What training does the staff undergo?
We give our staff hands on training with a senior staff member(s). All staff members attend mandatory safety meetings. Complete OSHA safety certification training, blood borne pathogen training and extensive training on cleaning procedures and techniques.
What if something is damaged or broken?
If something is damaged or broken, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. When necessary, an insurance claim will be filed.
What if I have a security/alarm system?
Our staff regularly deals with a number of different security/alarm systems. The best case scenario is to be given a proprietary code. If this is not possible, of course the system will have to be deactivated ahead of time.
What happens if my service falls on a day of heavy snow?
We highly value the safety of our employees and therefore in extreme circumstances reserve the right to reschedule service if necessary.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice to avoid a missed appointment charge of $75.
