Window Cleaning FAQS

Window Cleaning Services FAQS

We try to work indoors if possible. If there is no other option we will work in the rain. It will not affect the end result.

Spring through Fall. Or simply anytime you are having trouble seeing through them.

We prefer that you be home when we clean your windows primarily for employee safety and accessibility reasons. If for some reason you cannot be present during the scheduled time, we need to have some way of contacting you in case something changes.

We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any antiques, heirlooms, breakables, “nick-knacks”, etc. from furniture that may be in front of the window, or on the window sill.

Usually we can work around them, but if there is a problem, the cleaner will discuss solutions with you.

The frequency of window cleaning for businesses can vary widely. For residential customers, we recommend doing a full cleaning in the spring and an outside only cleaning in the fall.

Most exterior windows require no cleaning chemicals; we use pure water from our water fed pole reverse osmosis window cleaning system. Some interior windows are also cleaned with this process and the remainder are cleaned through traditional methods.

Most homes vary in the amount of glass, ladder work, access to the glass, and styles of windows they have. Ideally, we would need to see the windows prior to providing a quote. Please contact us for a free in home estimate.

Have your deck and/or house washed first, then follow that with a detailed window cleaning.

We strongly recommend that you clean both sides of your windows at least once a year.

If it is in between your factory-sealed, double-pane windows, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. You will most likely have to replace the glass.
